Stephanie Cradduck was named the head coach of PBA women’s soccer in January of 2024. Cradduck joined Palm Beach Atlantic after coaching four years at Anderson University, a DII program in South Carolina. She joined the Trojans in March of 2020 as the assistant women’s soccer coach. She was promoted to associate head coach prior to the 2023 season after a 10-win season for AU in 2022. Anderson has finished over .500 and made the Southern Athletic Conference tournament the last two seasons. Cradduck has helped lead the Trojans to a combined 12-5-5 record in the conference in 2022 and 2023. She primarily oversaw the AU defense which allowed just .74 goals per game in 2022.

Prior to coaching at Anderson, Cradduck coached two seasons at Ohio Christian. In her second season with the Trailblazers, she helped OCU achieve a 10-6-2 record with a 6-2-2 conference mark. During her time at Ohio Christian, the program totaled six first-team all-conference selections and made the River States Conference in each season. She earned her master’s in leadership from OCU in 2020.

Cradduck graduated from Cedarville University in May of 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Adolescent and Young Adult Social Studies Education with a minor in Bible. She earned her master’s in business administration from CU in August 2018. Cradduck was an all-conference defender as a Yellow Jacket. She helped lead Cedarville to a GMAC tournament championship in 2015, along with a trip to the NCAA DII national tournament.
